Steam Assisted Cooking
This function uses steam to enhance the cooking process, resulting in food that is moist on the inside and crispy on the outside. 
It works by introducing steam into the oven cavity, from internal water reservoir, during the cooking cycle. This added moisture helps to prevent food from drying out, particularly beneficial for baking bread, pastries, and roasting meats. 

Beko Airfry Oven - The convenience of an air fryer in your oven
Beko presents our built in oven with AirFry, which integrates an airfryer in the size of your oven! This oven evenly distributes heat, using powerful heaters, and a high-speed fan system. The special AirFry accessory circulates hot air, making food crispy outside and soft inside, without the need for much oil. AirFry tray is dishwasher safe, for added convenience. With this function and accessory, who needs an extra appliance?

Pyrolytic Self-Cleaning heats up the oven to 480 °C, turning food and grease residue to ash so that you can effortlessly wipe it away. The program lasts 2 hours for heavy soiling, and 90 minutes for light soiling, with the latter using 25%* less energy.*Tested by internal laboratories
