If the products you have purchased are in stock at the time of checkout then delivery of the product will occur as follows:
Depending on the size of the product purchased items will be delivered to you using Australia Post eParcel, Couriers Please or via our NAPF trucks.
You may request a specific delivery day, we will notify you should we be unable to deliver on the day you have chosen. Please note we are unable to commit to requested delivery times.
When products are delivered by NAPF trucks, our drivers will call you on the morning of delivery before 10am with an approximate delivery window. They will call again 1 hour before delivery.
If stock is unavailable from our local warehouses, we may arrange for it to be delivered from our interstate warehouses or directly delivered from the manufacturer, to avoid any delays in delivery to you. Should this occur we will notify you prior to delivery.
If the products you have purchased are not in stock at the time of checkout, your purchase will be placed on backorder and your purchase will be delivered once stock is available for dispatch. We will notify you if this is the case and arrange a delivery date with you.
All deliveries are made Monday to Friday during business hours.
We deliver Australia wide, please contact us if you would like to confirm delivery to your suburb.
Change of delivery details
If we have already processed your order and you wish to change your delivery address you may contact our Customer Service Team to amend the delivery details.
If you are not home to accept delivery
If the delivery is done by our NAPF truck drivers and they find that your home is unattended then our NAPF drivers will leave a notice in your letterbox or under your front door advising you to contact our Customer Service team to organise an alternative day. Please note that a delivery charge will apply in these circumstances. Our customer service team will advise you of the charge.
Smaller products delivered by Australia Post or Couriers Please will be re-directed to the nearest Australia Post Office or Couriers Please depot. A collection notice will be left in your letterbox or under your front door to contact the respective delivery party. Stock availability representations whether graphical or text on the NAPF website are accurate as of our last known stock level at our warehouses or with the manufacturer and is subject to change without notice.
